PRICES AND PAYMENT

By placing an order via www.lakrits.se, you confirm that you have read and accept the terms and conditions applicable at the time of your order. You further confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as a customer and Haupt Lakrits AB, company registration no. 556934-4327, Rörvägen 60, 136 50 Jordbro, Sweden (hereinafter "Haupt Lakrits AB", "we" or "us"). We encourage you to read these terms carefully before using the website or placing an order. Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In your cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

GDPR

On 25 May 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force. We and our partners operate according to this principle and follow the new regulations.

PRIVACY POLICY

Under GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. Please contact us by email if so. Find our full privacy policy here.

DELIVERY

Delivery time is shown in the cart under your chosen shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, this will be stated on the product page.

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

For any parcels that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling and administration fees, currently 150 SEK within the EU and 300 NOK for returns from Norway.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

The right to cancel does NOT apply to confectionery/food, in line with the exemption for perishable goods under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

For all other goods, you have 14 days after receiving your parcel to return it to us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item yourself. Returns should be sent using a trackable delivery method to the following address:

REFUND OBLIGATION

If you have exercised your right to cancel, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, or at the latest within 30 days of the day we receive the item. You are responsible for paying the return costs when sending the item back. We always cover the return cost for so-called replacement items.

If you have any questions regarding complaints, your right to cancel, or any other questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service.

As a consumer, you may also seek advice from Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards service.

Disputes between businesses are resolved by the ordinary courts.
